FINPASS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Finpass", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Site and provides AI-powered financial data intelligence solutions including Bank Statement Analyser (BSA), SMS Analyser, Account Aggregator (AA), and Underwriting IQ services to NBFCs, banks, and fintech companies.

• Designation and Business Role

is collected by the Company while a User signs up on the Site or thereafter.

Financial Data Processing

As part of our Services to NBFCs and lending institutions, we process financial data on behalf of our clients including bank statements, transaction data, SMS messages, and Account Aggregator data. This data is processed solely for providing the Services and is not used for any other purpose.

The Company does not use the stored data and information collected in the provision of financial analysis solutions for any other transactions or information sharing beyond the stated purposes and client agreements.
